At AiC, we make strenuous efforts to keep up to date with the latest developments in computer technology, media and social networking. We are very approachable and willing to discuss issues not directly related to our own software.

We’ve posted video’s on YouTube™, as well as this web site, so if you are searching for support, there are plenty of places you may visit. Support staff have Skype™ accounts so they can talk to the UK and overseas users at little cost. High speed broadband ensures all support emails come through almost instantaneously and our support staff regularly check emails out of office hours, responding to support enquires whatever they may be.

Where necessary, commercial TeamViewer licences allow us to take control of your computer across the internet for outstanding support. See links to TeamViewer elsewhere on this website. Self help materials are also available including training exercises and How Do I Notes.

Look out for notices on our popular Webinars. These last for 1hr and allow you to interact with support staff, identifying both old and new features in our software. These are recorded and posted on YouTube.
