We want to inform you of upcoming price adjustments to some of our n4ce Software and Annual Maintenance Charges, effective October 1st, 2025.
The slight price increase will help to fund finalising our v5.0 release, ongoing developments, plus many more developments that are in the pipeline.
We have tried to avoid price increases, and our last price rise across the board was in October 2021. Our n4ce Designer package was increased slightly in October 2022.
We do not increase prices without a lot of careful consideration, and it’s very important to us that clients understand where the new funds go. We do not just increase prices as some others do to meet the demands of shareholders and greedy corporations. We do so to fund the new features and to keep n4ce fit for purpose in the ever-changing environments we find our software being applied in.
We hope you continue to use n4ce to help power your survey processes and workflows, and we very much look forward to clients getting their hands on version 5.0 and seeing where it will take them.

* We offer 10 Monthly or Quarterly Payment Instalment options on perpetual licence purchases at no extra cost.
